Deadline for abstract submission: April 9th, 2019 extended up to April 16th 2019
Notification of authors: May 7th, 2019
Early registration (reduced conference fee): Before May 31st, 2019

Conference fee

Early registration (before May 31, 2019)
Regular( single room ): 650 Euros
Sharing( two persons/room ): 525 Euros
No Accommodation in OAC : 440 Euros

Late registration (from June 1 - June 25, 2019):
Regular( single room ): 750 Euros
Sharing( two persons/room ): 625 Euros
No Accommodation in OAC : 540 Euros

Accompanying person: 350 Euros in OAC

170 Euros outside OAC

In case you need an extra stay on Friday July 12 ,2019 to participate in the Conference excursion

the cost is : 56 Euros for single room reservation and

40 Euros for sharing room reservation.

24 % VAT is not included in the registration fee. Participants from the EU can apply for reimbursement of the VAT through their local tax office.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be received by 31th of May 2019. Only then refunds (less a 50 € administrative fee) will be issued to the attendee. No refunds will be issued thereafter.
